Thank you for shopping with Nomadic Vogue Co. Every handcrafted piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. Because our items are shipped internationally, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the complexities of international shipping, including high transit costs, lengthy delivery times, and mandatory customs taxes or import duties, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped. We kindly ask that you carefully review the product descriptions, sizing, and photos before placing your order.

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and packaging, but we understand that rare accidents can happen during transit. We will gladly process a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a completely different item than what you ordered.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund

To qualify for a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, you must adhere to the following process:

  1. Contact Us Quickly: You must reach out to us within 48 hours of the item's official delivery timestamp.

  2. Provide Photo Evidence: Please include clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, the specific defect, and the original packaging.

  3. Review Process: Once we receive your message and photos, our team will review the claim. If approved, we will process your refund promptly to your original method of payment.

Note: Claims made after the 48-hour delivery window or without photographic evidence will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
