All Sales Are Final
Due to the complexities of international shipping, including high transit costs, lengthy delivery times, and mandatory customs taxes or import duties, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped. We kindly ask that you carefully review the product descriptions, sizing, and photos before placing your order.
Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and packaging, but we understand that rare accidents can happen during transit. We will gladly process a refund only under the following circumstances:

Review Process: Once we receive your message and photos, our team will review the claim. If approved, we will process your refund promptly to your original method of payment.
Note: Claims made after the 48-hour delivery window or without photographic evidence will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
